animegurl1000 Utility cables can take an amazing amount of tension. I've seen something like this a couple of years ago, a cement truck took out the bottom of a pole and the top part was just floating there, suspended by the cables attached to it.

thirteen3seven Everything in that sort of crane is hydraulically powered. If the crane's off (and it seems to be, since I can't hear a damned thing but the brakes not working), you can't steer for shit.
