If he is referring to Levittown, NY, Levittown was the first mass-produced suburb and is the archetype for postwar suburbs throughout the us

I thinkg he means he is expressing the opinion of the suburban, middle class american.

The Levittown here, just outside of Philadelphia, must be significantly more uh, lower class than the New York version. When he said "a shot of Levittown", my first thought was he was going to do nitrous and get his cousins to jump him.
