Yeah, even the DVD set has the edited version. First time I saw it in reruns I figured they must have caught hell for the original.

I also remember once noticing a change in a South Park episode ("Trapper Keeper") between the Wednesday airing and the weekend rerun, though in that case it was less clear why they did it.
