I know I would pay a full for a simple ported version of Metal Wolf Chaos, no updates, no gimmicks. Also, this is the second most awesome thing I have ever seen (first being MWC)

I can't imagine a scenario were this can make sense
The game series starts out in Washington DC on the anniversary of 9/11. Aliens are trying to assassinate the president, etc. Don't know if that helps.
Makes perfect sense to me.
