She constantly refers to them as "my men".

Jesuits have possessed perfect cloning technology, including memory transfer, since at least 1920.

The tsunami in Japan was God's punishment for the Japanese government not rounding up and executing the Jesuits there. Also, Japan is her ancestral homeland because apparently Catherine the Great's lineage also passed through Japan sometime in the 12th century and inter-married with the Ōshu-Fujiwara clan.
