Somehow, a dictated, starving, broke, governmental oppressed people are able to produce a cartoon with more frames and a wider color pallet in it than Japan.

Although the thought of torturing peasants by making them watch cartoons about all the food they WON'T be eating being used to protect them from an outside threat... kinda twisted.
