So the next time a conservative tells you that someday you might wind up in a slave-labor camp working for a corporation or the military, it's not some kind of warning, its their wet dream.
They don't mind if we work as slave labor for a corporation, and openly promote it, ie, anti-union, anti-minimum wage, anti-education, anti-workplace safety, anti-lawsuits against corporations.
The slave labor for -government- is their scare tactic.
They're pretty high and mighty for a country that used to have penal colonies and debtors prisons.
Yeah, doing something wrong is totally cool if someone else has also done it in the past.

And nothing will ever be done because americans think of prisoners as the "bad guys" and dream about them being raped constantly.

It's shit like this that makes me wanna go Ex-Pat and move abroad. I can't stand my own countrymen.
As a Libertarian I'd release all non-violent drug offenders from prison.
As a libertarian everything you do and stand for makes the world a worse place to live in.
Like what I just said? So either you want people to be in prison for smoking or selling pot, or you're trolling me?
That's like Stalin buying everyone a puppy, doing one good thing doesn't make up for the paranoid insanity of everything else.
In a libertarian state the Coast Guard's interdiction duties would be gone and rescue duties privatized. Too bad for CM.
I'm not that extreme a libertarian. There are many level of libertarian. I'd keep the fire department, police, military, etc government owned, people would still pay taxes, highways would be maintained. I'm a pragmatic libertarian. I just want more individual freedoms and less government waste.
There are many levels of libertarian, just like there are many types of cancer.
So is cena prostate or testicular cancer?
There are many levels of liberals just like there are many levels of aids. Your immature nonsense can be turned on you too.
Although it doesn't mean much coming from a cancer cell with the ability to type.
I'm usually opposed to videos like this where some foreigner criticizes America yet Stephen Fry is cool and he loves America. I love how fair he was in Stephen Fry's America.
You're a odd conservative, then. A whole lot of them got really irritated with what he had to say, especially when they found out he's gay.
And we criticize other countries almost constantly, so why is it wrong if someone says "we don't like the USA for the following reasons, blah-blah-blah?" It's like hearing someone talk smack about you at work; sure, they might be a dick, but then again, your breath COULD smell like an open sewer and you might want to start doing something about it.
I only saw a few episodes. I saw one about the south and he was not at all condescending he was classy and charming the whole time.
We criticise other countries because we're the best. Bragging is only a big issue when you can't back it up.
we back it up all the time. We be rocking that big stick, and speaking loudly.
Everyone's laughing at the idiot who's waving a stick around and yelling like a stupid animal.

Slavery by the backdoor, indeed.
We're also the leading supplier of electrical torture devices, because bullwhips are *so* antebellum, don'tcha know?
USA! USA! USA!
I'm an active duty soldier, and those uniforms are made from plastic, produced by prisoners, and STILL cost $25 for a pair of running shorts.
I'd be interested to know the rest of the math on that one.
I don't get that either. I lost a pair of PT shorts at basic and they were $20 at the exchange.
