Five for the preview image alone.
This is an interesting point. Bruce Wayne is rich as crap, ignores the justice system, fights crime out of a personal hatred for ciminals, and used police state tactics to save the day in the last movie.
Batman is a Republican hero.
Now I finally understand that my love of Batman my whole life has been a dirty dirty sellout lie.
Death to Batman.
I will as soon as Wayne Tech gives up its tax breaks and military contracts.
"Luscious Fox"? I'm assuming that's a typo and some Freudian slip...
Actually I interpreted it as a knock against the "big brother" tactics...given the fact that the only morally grounded characters in the movie objected heavily to it...
In fact, I remember republican reviewers complaining about this movie for this exact reason, claiming that it was too obviously a political attack on the DOHS and Bush.
Also...its a freaking movie, get a life, go outside.
So you agree then that Batman is morally corrupt?
If batman REALLY cared about making people's lives better he would stop spending millions on crap like cars and bullet-proof nipples and just donate a few billion to the police department, fire-services etc.
But he doesn't because unless he beats a "criminal" half to death he can't get an erection.
Basically batman is part of the problem, not the solution.
I think that is what makes Nolan's Batman interesting...they make the point that Batman is as much a cause of the problems as he is the solution.
I might post this to facebook just to see how many people un-friend me.
I can't believe some of you jerks were bashing Dark Knight Rises, this looks like a real quality piece of cinema.

Taiwan? I love you. Run away with me, Taiwan.
The Joker's face is by far the most well-rendered thing I've seen from these guys...
