What the fuck is the deal with these rednecks not getting the prayer in school thing?! You can pray in school! But the school can't force anyone to pray, or lead in prayer, but your kid can pray his ass off! This is something that annoys me since i was forced to pray in school and was punished for refusing to cooperate and would of liked to have a similar system set-up in my country.
Abstract Fainter
That's not true. If Christians were allowed to pray in schools they wouldn't be persecuted like in says so in the Bible. You aren't arguing with the Bible, are you?

jangbones
A lot of people in America actually believe the following; if laws do not discriminate against non-Christians, then Christians are getting persecuted.

How fucking arrogant and elitist do you have to be to believe that?

Xenocide
Remember when the prevailing image of the Republican party was a tough self-sufficient cowboy or at least some sort of wily businessman?

Now it's a the party of crying. The prevailing image of the GOP is that of a grown person sobbing like an infant because the world isn't exactly the way they want it to be.

At least it's gotten more accurate.

It seems more and more that the younger evangelical generation is just using words they heard their preacher say in whatever fashion they see fit.

"We bless you..." Uh, isn't it your god that does the blessing? I'm pretty sure you blessing god is like an amoeba bringing you a snack. Not that god, y'know, exists.

"We declare over you that your latter years will be greater than your former!" What the fuck does, "We declare over you" mean? And isn't that also a little presumptuous to declare something over your god?

Oh, and also, don't repent on my behalf, babe. I have nothing to repent for and there's no one you're repenting to.
