Hey Square! Remember when you made quirky rpgs with a fun story?
Yeah, me neither.

I have played every mainseries FF game ever, and I may be the only faggot on the internet willing to admit it, but I'm still quite happy with Final Fantasy and the direction it's going. I loved XIII, and I can't wait for XIII-2. Yes, I know everyone reading this hates the franchise, or has at the very least since FFX, and that me liking FFXIII makes me totally lame. Oh well.
I've never played FFXIV though, and have no desire to, being that it's an MMORPG, and that I didn't care for FFXI, or any other glorified chatroom I've played for that matter.

Riskbreaker - 2011-08-12 I like the franchise all the way to XII, X-2 and XIII bored the hell out of me. I also did play XI, at least that one worked.

Sorry, 9 has been the only good Final Fantasy since the SNES era.

RocketBlender - 2011-08-12 I'm one of the 5 people out there that thought 12 was REALLY good, but I've never played the MMOs and 'tolerated' would be the best word to use for 13. I've heard that 14 sucks though. Most reviews have said it has a really cool class system but no game to do anything with your cool character in. Oh well, I stick with games I only pay for once...

This is definitely gayer than the drunken sailor video.

On a sidenote: how did the Fantasy Main theme become so popular, much less a staple of the series? I mean, it's a pretty basic scale...

Void 71 - 2011-08-13 All music is just a series of notes played within a scale, though. Whether it's 3 notes or the entire scale doesn't matter. It's how you dress it up that matters.

I thought the answer was to charge for a vanity item. Maybe that's only in Iceland.
