I initially thought that this was a group of kids with an inflated sense of themselves and some video editing software. Curt would have been their Cartmen-esque leader that was confident, despite his appearance and the dope-est rhymer in school.

I saw a few other videos, and it seems like he is just a fat kid getting played by the guy that makes the videos and his 'band-mates'. Looks like they are just trying to intentionally make a 'viral' video...at Curt's expense.

He does look like Peter Griffin. Complete with the retarded subplot.
