For Fuck's Sake (1974)

I'd view "the devils triangle" currently languishing in the hopper before committing to such a strong statement. How he could go from this masterpiece to shitty pseudo-documentaries about the non-mysterious bermuda triangle in less than a decade is beyond me.

Meant to be a reply to Mr. rabbit.

B. Weed - 2011-09-07

It's beyond me how you could mistake Vincent Price for Orson Welles.

kamlem - 2011-09-07

I think I'm currently beyond me. I mixed up the shitty Vincent Price pseudo-documentary I recently posted with the shitty pseudo-documentary "Nostradamus - The Man Who Saw Tomorrow" which I didn't post because it was already here. http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=22250

Orson Welles only lent his voice to the The Man Who Saw Tomorrow. He had little, if any, creative input on the piece, let alone be the director (as he is in F For Fake). It's like complaining about Citizen Kane because he also did Transformers.

I was only musing on a guy that performed one of the greatest hoaxes of all time and then one of the best documentaries about them then appearing in a low rent hoax film for whiskey money in his twilight years. He will always be awesome.

Maggot Brain - 2011-09-07

Yeah, this movie just alright but that opening at the train station kills it every time.
