The Thadmiral did an alright job there. Sure it was a slow start, but there was a lot of red tape and environmental law to deal with. I know plenty of Coasties who were involved in the cleanup and they did some hard and dirty work.

EvilHomer - 2011-09-09 The Coast Guard have a tough job. As the smallest and weakest of the Navy Family, they've got to play permanent Bottom to the Marine Corps' aggressive, oversexed Top. Sure, they don't get shot at much, but weeks straight of being in The Barrel can take it's toll on anybody.
