It's just been something I've wanted to do, I didn't really even expect it to get out of the hopper. But yeah, the first time I ever saw a William Tapley thing, I thought it was just some weird parody of Dr. Breen. I mean after about 20 seconds of his rambling I realized he was serious. And on these two videos in particular, it really doesn't matter which one you watch the message is pretty much the same. They even look alike.

The guy who did the voice for Dr. Breen I swear did voiceover work on these health related PSAs we had here in Canada during the 90s.

I couldn't get that out of my head as I played through the game.
