SHE RAN FROM THEM.
Cena_mark - 2011-09-12
Smart move. Distract them with voice acting and then get away from those sick fucks fast.

fatatty - 2011-09-12
It's really the instinctive response most actors have to work years to counteract when dealing with super nerd fans.

MrBuddy - 2011-09-12
Cena_mark, I misread that as "those suck dicks".

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2011-09-12
Nice rack.
poorwill - 2011-09-12
It really is.

Sudan no1 - 2011-09-12
It's probably a padded br- LOL BRONIES ARE OBJECTIFYING THIS POOOR WOMAN

EvilHomer - 2011-09-13
She's a bit of a butterface, but I'd still take ride that pony.

poorwill - 2011-09-14
Butterface my ass, she's cute. Too cute to be a voice actress.

EvilHomer - 2013-05-12
ASHLEIGH BALL IS NOT A BUTTERFACE!

You suck, EvilHomer c 2011. >:(

baleen - 2011-09-12
What kind of teenager goes to a my little pony convention. Is this because of 9-11?
Spit Spingola - 2011-09-12
This was at an outdoor concert where her band is playing.

Is doing voiceover work for a cartoon and suddenly getting a massive Brony fanbase a good or bad thing?

Riskbreaker - 2011-09-12
At some point the current generation of kids just have lost the ability of trying to identify themselves with things. Internet memes have become a way for them to belong to a group. As shitty as that group might be.

Xenocide - 2011-09-12
IN MY DAY WE HAD NO MEMES. WE WERE BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL SNOWFLAKES, AND WE WALKED FIFTEEN MILES THROUGH LITERAL SNOWFLAKES UPHILL BOTH WAYS TO TALK TO VOICE ACTORS.

Keep getting angry at cartoons, guys.

B. Weed - 2011-09-12
0:35-- "oh god he's got an erection."
Riskbreaker - 2011-09-12
"You guys are changing the way i look at adult males who view cartoons".

I smell restraining orders in the future.
pastorofmuppets - 2011-09-12
If I had a nickel for every time I changed the way someone looked at an adult male who views cartoons, I'd have at least 35 cents.

Xenagama Warrior Princess - 2011-09-13
It's going to be Tress MacNeille all over again.

Man I loved the days of POE Red.

BiggerJ - 2011-09-13
I wonder. Is Tiny Toons the only recorded instance of a show being ended as least partly because of its fandom?

Spit Spingola - 2011-09-13
These bronies are mostly teenagers, though, right? And there are lots of them because it's a huge internet fad and everybody wants to jump on the bandwagon. 90's internet Tiny Toons fans were in their 30s and had no sense of what was appropriate, and they weren't doing it because it was trendy. You could also literally fit all of them into one room. Somehow when there are fewer of them it's creepier and they get weirder because they're isolated.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-09-12
Ha ha ha, listen to all of you.
Cena_mark - 2011-09-12
What? Listen to you? You actually watch that crap.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-09-12
The harder you try, the guiltier you look.

THA SUGAH RAIN - 2011-09-12
Do voices, monkey! Dance for your dolllllar!
Nordstern - 2011-09-12
You guys are really pathetic. I do agree that she looks nervous (she gets nervous on stage, too), but "accosted" is the wrong term to use here.

Still a very attractive woman.
Caminante Nocturno - 2011-09-12
There's nothing more pathetic than overblown incredulousness and forced cynicism, and the people who complain about this show and its fans have that in spades.

Cena_mark - 2011-09-12
The only thing I have in spades is maturity cause I don't go around obsessing over a cartoon for little girls.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-09-12
You're not fooling anyone, closet brony.

Cena_mark - 2011-09-13
Keep believing that bullshit, if it makes you feel better. Actually don't because I'm not a brony.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-09-13
You're only fooling yourself, and you can't do that forever.

Cena_mark - 2011-09-13
Look, I know I've come off very strong in my hate for that show and fandom, however that doesn't mean you can draw the conclusion that I'm a closteted fan.
Granted in the past I've brought up the fact that extreme homophobes were likely to be gay themselves, but that is an unrelated correlation. I just hate the show because it is the antithesis of what I believe the world to be. As a kid I would've picked on guys watching that crap, but now we just sit back and tolerate it and its over-aggressive fanbase spreads thier crap all over the net.
I've also been anti-nerd and this mixes nerd with ponies and that don't fly with me.
Even if I liked that show I'd still be a badass, but I don't.

Change - 2011-09-13
plus you kind of wanted to kiss them on their boy mouths

Jet Bin Fever - 2011-09-12
Pssh, a pony can run faster than that.
Riskbreaker - 2011-09-12
Great, now MLP is the new Tim and Eric.
themilkshark - 2011-09-13
u make no sense

BiggerJ - 2011-09-13
You know, just once, just ONCE, I would love to go up to someone from the animation industry who's currently being guest of honor at a furry convention and is clearly not enjoying him- or herself and whisper, "Have you ever considered that you may be dead and that this may be Hell?" I'm paraphrasing Jim Henson's The Cube here. That phrase always comes to mind when I see these kinds of situations.
Kilo147 - 2011-09-16
So a few months ago, someone on the SomethingAwful forums posted a simple picture of a group of bronies. It was hilarious. You had the guy in the tux, you had the greasy nerd that hadn't showered in weeks, you have the grossly overweight neckbeard, and every other stereotype covered. Then I noticed something in the background. The location of this "meetup" was labeled as "Sea-Tack". So I googled it. they were having a meetup at PAX, in the aptly named Unicorn theatre. That was to be expected, we have all types of people at PAX. But then I saw something so horrible, so disgusting that it made me physically ill. The truth.

Yiff in hell you goddamned furfags.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-10-03
I have no idea what you're talking about, except that you've outed yourself as a SA forum member, which means we're obligated to hate you and look down on you. Age-old rivalries and whatnot.

tamago - 2012-02-20
Ashley hates bronies so much she showed up at BroNYCon. Seriously, the people that work on this show are good sports considering how insane this fanbase can get.
