TeenerTot Support for RP is based in selfishness, which means it resides in the most basic, self-centered area of the brain, the cerebellum. This is also referred to on occasion as the "lizard" brain. Which is interesting when you think that there is a certain percentage of RP supporters who believe many world leaders are reptilians.
Anyway, the cerebellum is the the last part of the brain to go before complete obliteration of said brain, so I would expect he could even spout RP catchphrases while in a coma.
