Since no one else seems to have noticed, this is actually a segment from the IFC television show "Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings".
The premise is that YouTube comedian-musician megastars Rhett & Link go around to strange local businesses in California and produce crazy commercials for them.
Still, I enjoyed this. I guess the show is better than I thought it was going to be.
