You'd think that if you're going to invest this much time and effort in a hobby it would at least be fun rather than just a constant source of displeasure at the people who engage in it with you. This is something I've never understood about geeky beardo types who basically become so widthdrawn into their pastime (be it RPGs, board games, MMORPGs, etc.) that effectively nothing about it is fun anymore, it's just a daily grind of "WHY AREN'T YOU PEOPLE DOING WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO? YOU CANNOT ENTERTAIN YOURSELVES UNLESS IT IS IN THE PRE-APPROVED FASHION I DICTATE!"
