But how do you obtain plutonium? Is it necessary to strike a deal with THE LIBYAAAAAAAAAANS!? Bonus points if they chase you in a van. More bonus points if you can get them to crash into a fotomat, or, given the fotomat's obsolescence, a similar kiosk.
Just go back to when they were still around and have them crash into it then.

Really, really well done. Probably the coolest vehicle mod I've ever seen.
If this had originally been part of that boring ass game...I'd have played it 88 more hours. At least.
