Frad Astaire was ALSO spinning Ginger Rogers about, elegantly; considerably more difficult than this guy's achievment of not falling over. That said, one of the better salsa leads I've seen is a 240 lb 5'4" guy. I'd kill (a small animal) for his moves.
I don't think there's anything more difficult than this guy not falling over.
If someone can do something, a Russian can do it drunker and better.
