I guess what they are going for is cricket doesn't make much sense as a video game.

The long standing in-joke of Giant Bomb quick looks is that they typically do more than 30 minutes if the game is crap enough.

It just depends on the game. When Giant Bomb was new, they did a very magazine type format and their Quick Looks were these brief videos about games, which then involved into longer "let's play" type stuff and they kept the Quick Look name because it was funny to have videos up to 2 hours called "quick looks." That's how Giant Bomb rolls.
