ha ha...well, just think about it. Riding a motorcycle that fast, all your momentum and V are straight ahead, Z-axis in front of you. There is almost no upwards momentum or anything that could help describe an arc that would explain any kind of "landing" or such. Basically what I'm saying is you would IRL just keep flying straight over the entire car, even if your feet did happen to touch the roof. Even if you got your feet caught just right in the roof rack, it would either rip your feet of, or at the very least break every one of your bones below the waist.
