That looks like a DJI Phantom, and I'm pretty sure even the cheap model has a GPS and some basic autonomous navigation functions, like return-to-base. I guess it comes down to your definition of drone.

5 stars for the ducked audio covering up the horrible whine those things make, and the terror in the extras faces as the wind blows their hair around and they picture a quadcopter blade hitting them full in the face.
