It's funny too, because Trump only did this to distract from his mounting legal problems and, of course, Comey's book, so it's not like he's engaging in some coherent course of action.

This was just a dog and pony show. The targets we attacked were relatively low importance or priority to the interests of Russia in Syria...this is just like when we bombed the empty airfield last year so Trump could pretend to look like a big boy.
And his public speech...did you hear that shit? That weird moment where you can tell he's no longer reading the prepared statement and talks about how "The US has so much to offer Russia" and his pants-wetting over offending his boss, Putin. Trump is a colossal pussy on a level that is almost impossible to comprehend and this bombing is grade-a proof of it. He's a fucking coward and at this very moment he is undoubtedly licking Putin's ass off a plate in some way. "Did I do good? Did I pretend to actually not be taking orders from you?" There's no way this wasn't fucking set up from moment one. If Putin really was Trump's "enemy" or whatever, we'd be seeing whatever shit they have on Donald hit the front page of every news organization on the planet, like, yesterday. Trump's still their puppet, and so is everyone else in his orbit.
