Fun fact: He was the original voice of Moe and Mr. Burns on The Simpsons. He was fired after the first season, not because of his performance but because Matt Groening thought he was a dick. You can hear him as Mr. Burns in season 1, but all his lines as Moe were dubbed over by Hank Azaria before they aired. No one bothered to tell Azaria this, so for years he thought that he had been the first and only voice of Moe.

Anyway, if you ever watch the various attempts at GI Joe reboot cartoons, it becomes obvious that Cobra Commander sucks if he's voiced by anyone but Latta.
