Just yesterday I saw Sunset Boulevard. This must be Creepy-Washed-Up-Starlets-Week.
Both movies are wonderful creep-outs.
The expressions on Victor Buono's face are pretty entertaining in themselves.
If you were to make a movie this good today, the Hollywood Creativity Police would arrest you and make you write a movie about chihuahuas.
Or about a washed up live-in slut who has to go out into the world and teach a geeky sorority how to one day be washed up live-in sluts. Or meth addicts.
I was waiting for Joan Crawford to walk in and backhand her. No such luck.
