K. Brass - 2010-11-12
Let me get the ball rolling.
One of the hallmarks of the bad Simpsons seasons were the resurrection of one-shot characters from previous seasons. Duffman, Crazy Cat Lady, and their ilk were meant to be used as a punchline and then tossed away. Transforming them into recurring characters in the Simpsons -sigh- Universe just for cheap wacky moments of pandering self-referencing humor shows how far off the series has gone off the rail.

Riskbreaker - 2010-11-12 Yep, what Brass said, that and Homer becoming tediously stupid, instead of just naive. Homer post-season 10 would have joined the tea party already, old Homer would be wondering if Obama is Lenny or Carl.

Riskbreaker - 2010-11-12 All those characters got developed in some way, duffman and cat lady are still the same tired joke repeating itself over and over.

5 stars for Duffman's tan.

This used to be a show that was funny because it had cartoon family saying and doing things more realistic than the live action sitcoms.
