Also I suspect real post-human robots, even those with human-like intelligence, would just construct the next generation. at most they might possibly donate some unique lines of code and a few body parts, if they had been sufficiently influenced by their human ur-creators to feel a need to contribute more than simply the *construction* of their eventual replacements. Also they would all have pet unicorns and eat gold.
