I saw this along with the entire Parking Lot series when Jeff Krulik came to Seattle to promote Harry Potter Parking Lot at Wiggly World.

If you have time check out Jeff's youtube channel, there are some really nice micro-docs and pieces of Americana that are worth the watch, especially his series on the end of horse racing.
