Yeah, the animation is rough (especially when you consider that some of it is motion capture!!) but I think this guy would do just fine in modelling, FX or maybe even lighting. He should have accepted however, because he still has a lot to learn, and he'd have learned a *lot* at Pixar. But then again, if your 25 minute animation has a 5 minute credit sequence listing every single thing you did down to the last model, you would turn down Pixar, wouldn't you?
