This will hurt somebody...!

I'm so glad that somebody has finally told the story. There was a time when I dreamed of making this myself. Back when I got my first dial-up connection, before I ever became obsessed with Boxxy, I became obsessed with the Budd Dwyer footage. Not in a sadistic or morbid way. I'm not a gorehound. I wanted to know the story behind what I was seeing. I slogged through pages and pages of google results, mostly snarky little bastards having a laugh, including some assclown who was photographed dancing on Budd's grave. I corresponded with a man who claimed to be a friend of Budd's. I special-ordered out-of-print books, and I wrote an article for my now-defunct blog, "The Major League Republican News"

I was never able to sort through all the details, but the closer you get to the story, the more you encounter people who think Budd Dwyer was innocent.

I'm not sure if everybody understands this, but part of the rationale for his suicide was that by dying in office, he preserved his pension for his family. They were taken care of financially. You can see how important that would have been to an old-school republican man like Budd.

Poor son of a bitch believed in America.

How obsessed are you with Boxxy? She lives just a few minutes away from me and perhaps I can wait at her doorstep to get you an autograph.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-09-29
Not so much anymore, though I'm still friends with her mom.

And please don't. Catie's had enough idiots at her doorstep, and I already have an autographed picture I bought for 20 dollars.

For serious? Could you get me an autograph?

Ooo, no, even better, could you ask her to do a gangstalking video? I'd love to see a poe-style Boxxy video (even if it is "new" Boxxy) and when you think about it, she sorta really is a target of gangstalkers.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious - 2012-09-30
Heh, no I would never do something like that. I saw those fucked up videos on ED of 4chan'ers at her door. I wouldn't wish that on any non pedophilic Coast Guard serving human being. I'm guessing she's in her early 20's by now and possibly away at college somewhere.

How do you know her mother? Gangstalking?

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2012-09-30
Through catiewayne.com Lisa and I became friends because we're the two oldest Boxxy fans. Interesting fact about Boxxy's mom: She loves the Ramones!

Andy Warhol said that in the future, everyine would be famous for 15 minutes, but we're past that now. Thnaks to the internet, in this future, everybody is famous forever. The 4 chan hysteria has been forgotten, but the Boxxy phenomenon continues, based on views of her youtube videos. FOAR EVERYWUN hit 10 million views in August of 2011. Now, only 13 months later, it's about to hit 15 million views.

Catie turned 20 in April. Sjhe's in college, she's also about to star in a terrible movie.

And she still makes video, though they're not usually about Boxxy

Oddly enough, this really makes me miss Pennsylvania.

Uggg, poor bastard.

I've had a very deep suspicion for a few years now that I know one of his relatives. All the snippets of half-heard story, the refusal to discuss certain people, and, most importantly, the last name "Dwyer" and being from Pittsburgh. One of these days I'll confront him on it.

I notice that people on TV are pretty quick and decisive. Is that just because they're on TV and it's a now or never kind of thing, or is that really how it normally is? Is it normal to take hours and hours before working up the courage to do it?

Well, there was also Christine Chubbuck who shot herself in the head on her own live talk show, so maybe, yes.
