Peter Molyneux's definition of "The Simplest Possible Thing": Connecting millions of people through a global electronic network to create an integrated system of commerce and rewards involving multiple social media platforms by promising them a toy at the end.
After watching this video and reading the wikipedia article, I still have no clue what the hell is going on here. By what I can tell, he had tons of people play shitty Mario Party sub-par games to unlock this video?
Yeah, millions played it but THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE winner which was some non-austic, non-spaz from Scotland that had bought the game a very short time before "winning." The prize was dun dun dun to see this video AND decide if he should horde it's amazing life-changing... stuff OR if he should share it with the world!
He also gets to be the god in a new (no-doubt shitty) kickstarter game and supposedly take in a small share of the revenue. I'd like to imagine he makes just enough to cover the cost of buying this Cubic Turd game and is left with a bewildering sense of bemusement as he goes back to bashing his haggis.
