Two thirds into it, the CONTROVERSY begins.
I googled "pajama shirts" and found a picture of Ryan Gosling.
Sounds more like people from lookbook than anything particularly gay.
I was reading about Joe Meek and the thing said this was the first openly gay single. I don't actually believe it.
I have a burn of an old 78 by Billy Banks and His Orchestra called "Oh! Peter!" that I'm pretty sure is very much a piece of black camp. I really can't understand this song in any other way. This would predate this one by at least 40 years. Technically it wasn't a "single."
