Saw this posted on a hockey forum I frequent, and they made some claims, but are pretty unreliable. I'll list what they said plus what I've read in the news, citing sources:
1) The SUV driver cut one or more of them off in traffic. (hockey morons)
2) The bikers swarmed the guy, and forced him to stop in the middle of the highway. (in video)
3) They began kicking and otherwise attacking his vehicle, including trying to slash his tires. (hockey morons)
4) He guns it. (in video)
5) After the video, they successfully pull him out of the vehicle and "brutally beat him." (news)
6) His wife and five-month-old child were in the SUV. (news)
7) The SUV driver was not charged and has been released from the hospital, one of the bikers is facing a bunch of charges including endangering a child, and another biker is now a paraplegic from being run over by the SUV. (news)

blue vein steel - 2013-10-01 sort of off topic, but those are "super moto" bikes, which are basically motorcross bikes with street tires on them. They can dominate a crotch rocket around a really tight race track with no straight aways or in a city.

There is another set of videos posted by the rider with the helmet cam. Basically they are clogging up the road, acting like dicks, and generally doing whatever they want including riding on the sidewalk and between buildings.
