This actually ties in to one of the Stanley Parable's messages at one point. One of the things the Stanley Parable is about is the inherent limitations of video game narratives. One of the things the fictional Raphael Parable is about is why we NEED limitations.

"When faced with a choice between a functionally infinite number of possible courses of action, Raphael chose whichever one he bloody well liked."

I love this game so much.

Who knew frustrating a pre-recorded narrator to the point of tears could be so fun?

This is a very clever game, or at least that's what I think it keeps trying to tell me.

I'm not paying for a pretentious choose your own adventure book.

I'd play it if there were a Mac version.

I'd play it if there were an Intellivision version, with the voice box for narration.

"MATTEL Electronics presents STANLEY PARABLE." Which somehow ends up sounding like the c-word.

This is another one of those games that got seemingly universal critical praise, but every anonymous joe posting online seems to hate with a passion.

I was kind of interested in Gone Home, but is it really just another case of GAMES ART indie suckoff from professional reviews?
