If POE-Red was still functioning, this would be a prime submission.

God Made All Nature
God Made All Nature
Oh god I didn't even look at his youtube page he just goes into random videos and uses the magic of the Google+ comment system to post bible scripture for no reason and hes posted every single one of these random ass hymns.
And the website. Oh man. The secret of why he only uses 640x480 VGA is that apparently he was going to program 800x600, but god didn't let him. Apparently every decision in this operating system is based around him using that RNG to ask god something and god answering with random words and him interpreting those words.
He then asked god about why 640x480 VGA, and god responded "Modern graphics hard for kids/amateurs" which he has linked to a video of Carmac discussing modern graphic and rendering design.
What I'm trying to say that this is amazing.
But the RNG is probably based on an irrational number, so this person is practicing religion in the true Pythagorean sense, bringing religion full circle back to its roots.
"Roots?" I'm pretty sure religion existed before Pythagoras thought math was key to the divine.

Now I know 640x480x16 VGA is God's resolution.

His website is truly insane. The "quotes from God" section is pretty shocking.
When he asked God (meaning, the random generator thing), here were "God"'s replies...
Pets? : "homo"
Sports : "homo"
Smelling farts: "homo"
Why the hell is he asking God about "smelling farts"? And what's up with the childish 8th grade responses, God?
Just can't tell if he's joking with this...
From what I gather, he's a bonifide schizophrenic. It's kind of sad, really, as it appears he's a pretty gifted programmer.

He also has a Twitter feed, which I'm only posting here because on Nov. 9th, he asked John Carmack to join TempleOS:

What would it take to get Ulillillia to port Platform Masters to this OS?
I think if these two fellows met it would cause some kind of singularity of autism that would destroy the world.
and yet neither of them are autistic

Quite a brilliant piece of art software. Also not so crazy as you might think, if you look at it this way. For example, "Jesus makes furniture" sounds pretty batty but you know, JC was purported to be a carpenter so I get what's trying to be said.
Is it possible for software to be art? Yes, and this is what it might look like. But really, for the piece to work, you need the creator to demo it. That's key.
