I never saw this anime but I do have this opening in a montage of anime openings at the end of a VHS fansub... I think it might have been the final GUNDAM 0083: STARDUST MEMORY tape. I don't think the English voiceover (from the US Renditions dub or "Engrish" from the original?) was included, though.

the first one is hilariously horrible, theres a sequel thats actually pretty decent for a ppl-in-rubber-suits action movie
