It's been awhile since I honest to God couldn't tell if something was a joke or not.

On one hand this just seems too silly and like some poor attempt at comical commentary on a serious issue.

On the other hand Ray Steven's music videos cause the same exact feeling and I know those are earnest and real. Combine this with the fact that Arc Music Factory ever existed, and I simply can't tell without doing more research than I care to do on this individual.
