I was going to say an Uff da since that's an old expression my Norwegian dad's said all my life to describe his family, but rsdb.org really opened my mind. Don't rename it Seajew though.

Or not family per se, but it's basically like saying prick or fuck, so if someone was an uff da that meant they were being an a-hole that was Norwegian. For everyone else he just calls them pricks and fucks. Runs in the family.
