Does this predate Power Rangers?
It predates American Power Rangers by about 7 years or so. I remember having a couple of the toys some time around 1987 or so.

oh man. I had completely forgotten that Tank was played by the rent-a-cop from Mallrats.
I loved that series!
Of course it's terrible CGI it's a kids live action show about the future from the late 80's, having terrible CGI was mandatory.
