Whenever one of my dogs excitedly jump on some disgusting rotted piece of food they discover during our walk, I hear that Orson Welles line "Oh what luck!".

I literally hear that voice every. Single. Time.

And it makes me chuckle every time, even as I struggle to pry my dogs off their vile treasure.

Didn't Animaniacs also make fun of Orson Welles? I swear I remember that.

Yep. Maurice LeMarche, in character as the Brain (basically an Orson Welles impression anyway) delivered a verbatim rendition of Welles's infamous frozen peas commercial outtake, censoring only what needed it.
