This is such a good scene, if it would have been done today it would probably have had:
- A million of those holographic monitors everywhere
- Much much faster pace including intrusive backgroud music and many more cuts and jumps
- Probably a shot of how hot the main female lead is(you know the shot they use where she walks into frame with her ass toward the camera)
- All the cryo beds would be cgi or something, waaaay to expensive to build that shit today
- Every marine would be super ripped
- Bonus : social media reactions on how Vasquez and Sigourneys parts would be interpreted as some Feminist SJW snowflake agenda, because you know, we cannot just enjoy movies without that crap any more.

Nominal - 2018-09-28 I've yet to see any Blu-Ray remaster that didn't look horrendous, and that's not even counting the motion interpolation setting that makes every film source look like a soap opera.
The worst is the Blade Runner Blu-Ray, where the HD lets you spot all the wires on the cars :(
