Heres the main bit that confuses me..
At 8:44 He says since circumflex and exclamation mark will have dual meanings as logical or and not.. So the vertical line that was already there at 7 12 became broken line...
But!
The last several times we saw the character table in the video there was no vertical line at 7 12..
So I think my confusion comes from a flaw in the video, the explanation itself..
