The fact that he won't take crap from Republicans and actually has a sense of humor, as shown from his Colbert Report appearance, pretty much guarantees that he won't hold any office higher than Congressman, which deeply saddens me.
I've seen plenty of Reps going ape shit, it's what they do best.
