This seems almost like another of the Scooby Doo formula. But I guess Casper IS a human side kick, just a former human, not non-human. Wait, so was the Freaky Phantom. Just because he's dead doesn't make him any less human! OK, it does, but apparently I've been distracted from my original thought which is, why is that other ghost furry?
