Why does the lightning machine want us to hear Huey Lewis?

dr_rock - 2009-04-22

Well, actually this is Ray Parker, Jr. but he DID rip off "I want a new drug".

This makes me wanna ghost ride da whip.

Blaise - 2009-04-21

A billion stars for the tesla operator suit.

SkeletonMichelle - 2009-04-21

All it needs to capture the magic and charm of the version heard in the Commodore game is a muffled voice saying "GHFFFFTBFFFFFFFFFFFTERS!"

Menudo con queso - 2009-04-21

Oh fuck, I LOVED that game! (And sucked at it.)

cognitivedissonance - 2009-04-22

Call me old fashioned, but I still believe in one true God. And he lives in that Tesla Coil.

And his name is Zorgo. *whittles*

Spike Jonez - 2009-04-22

+5 for you. And Lennon. And the State.

Maggot Brain - 2009-04-22

Everything sounds better played though a Tesla coil.

manfred - 2009-04-22

nice faraday cage

lolcoolj - 2009-04-22

This is the annoying version you hear on the NES Ghostbusters game, it makes me cringe. Stars for creativity and fascination with how he does it.

pastorofmuppets - 2009-04-23

The telsa drums and telsa bass aren't really ready for mass production. There's only so much you can do with two voices.

pastorofmuppets - 2009-04-23

Ok I listened to the Commodore version and yeah maybe this could have been better. But it does have "drums" and those would have had to go anyway so it wouldn't sound the same.
