I've had it before, or at least some curried brain dish. TO be honest it kinda was like how I imagine curried scrambled eggs would taste. Worth trying though.

That looks tasty, but I'm never going to knowingly eat brain. Prions (misfolded proteins that turn your brain into Swiss cheese, i.e. mad cow disease) scare the crap out of me.
