I find the elitism thing interesting since it seems to magically ignore the ludicrous level of bullshit, high-school level, drama that has gone on in the POE/POEN forums for years upon years.
I might post a long comment once and awhile or maybe go tl;dr on something or just come off stupid, but I find it hard to feel somehow bad about that when I know I am neither 1.)so socially broken I have to keep a menagerie of accounts to play little "LOLZ BAN ME SOME MORE" games or 2.)engage in creepy, stalker-esque behavior of other people on the forums so that, at a moment's notice, I can reference some retardedly obscure, disagreeable thing about them so I can both insult them and get bulbs from people equally as creepy.
If not having a thoroughly embarrassing public meltdown on an internet forum makes me less of a POE "character", I guess I will have to live with that.
