There's a much better case on Nuremberg judgement, Geneva convention, and just 2ar theory grounds for the war in Afghanistan than the war in Iraq. Alas, in 2001 we went for the easier victory by siding with the minority in a stalemated civil war, and are motivating more guerrillas than we can defend against, every day.
