I think you meant one of the best songs of the 90's.

This guy is one of those people on YouTube who get basically no views on their videos and yet deserve a million.

So that's what that song was called. I just clicked it off whenever it came on the radio (that boxy thing we used to use before we got mp3 players).
Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2011-04-24

Rape Van Winkle - 2011-04-24

abeli$con - 2011-04-24
the confusion that was heard

belongs now

to the baby down the hall
Rape Van Winkle - 2011-04-24
As a teenager I thought it was "confusion that was hers belongs now to the baby down the hall." I figured it was about a young mother dying in childbirth, and the mystery of who is the daddy, is now something the child will have to bear alone. I figured the rest of the song, was about the guy writing it trying to get over the death of his friend.

Then on the liner notes, the song was dedicated to the memory of a girl who died at 20. There was no story included, but I figured I was probably right.

It all seemed pretty obvious. I mean, shit song, and all. I'm embarrassed that I listened to it as a kid. But I don't think "weird lyrics" criticisms apply.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-04-24
5 stars for using the "placenta" line in what I can only presume is a spit in the eye of every spineless coward radio station in America.

Horrible song. Just terrible.
baleen - 2011-04-24
I like this guy but he's not shitting gold all the time, people.
Caminante Nocturno - 2011-04-24
Ending a sentence with the word "people" in that manner is one of the signs that you've just said something pretentious and dumb.

Rape Van Winkle - 2011-04-24
Using a broad general criticism like that is one of the signs you can't attack something on merit.

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2011-04-24
people who do things experience consequent actions

i will fight you

Rape Van Winkle - 2011-04-24
Do you need attention, Billie?

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-04-24
Asking if someone else needs attention is one of The Signs.

CornOnTheCabre - 2011-04-25

Rape Van Winkle - 2011-04-25
I will do an opinion on Ed Kowalczyk and experience no consequent action.
